This weekend will take place the 4th edition of “laCulture” exhibition.
The concept is simple: a group of young and super talented artists from a variety of fields (photography, graphic design, fashion, illustration, painting etc.) present their art works which are sold at an affordable price to the visitors (up to 500 NIS).
I’ve been to the last exhibition which was such a vibrant and fresh event with high quality pieces.
Each laCulture exhibition has a unique theme, and in this edition all works will be related to: Aviation | Elevation | Flight.
Here is a sneak peak of the works which will be exhibited:
by Fima Shlick
by Yaara Shaked
by Julie Filipenko
By Merav Ben Loulou
By Tahel Maor
Venue: 9 Maze st., Tel Aviv
Dates: Friday January 11th, 10:00 – 14:00
Saturday January 12th, 10:00 – 20:00
laCulture’s really beautiful Tumblr
I have to say that for some reason the association I have with this theme of aviation is the Space. When I thought about this post the first imagery that kept coming to my mind was the Apollo 11 lift-off. Funny enough but quite relevant as it is an event that symbolises the realization of dreams.
I think LaCulture offers that, the possibility for aspiring collectors to buys their first pieces and for emerging artists to show their amazing work to a wide public, via an accessible and welcoming platform.
See you there,
